- You are responsible for all shipping and handling charges on returned items.

Exceptions
- Products must be in unused condition and in their original or comparable packaging.
- Custom-made and pre-cut kit items are non-refundable and non-returnable.
Refund Details
- Refunds will reflect the actual price paid after any promotions, discounts, or credits.
- Original shipping fees are not refundable.
- If the purchase included free or discounted promotional items, these must be returned, or their retail price will be deducted from the refund.
