Shipping Methods and Carriers
We aim to ship your order using the most economical, reliable, and fastest method available. Depending on your order and location, we utilize a variety of carriers and mail classes.
Shipping Times
- In-Stock Products: Processed and shipped within 1 business days.
- Manufactured Products: Typically shipped within 3 business days.
Order Tracking
Most products are shipped via USPS or UPS, with some large items shipped by private freight. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking details.
Order Status
Once you receive tracking details, your order has been processed and shipped from our Los Angeles, CA facility. Tracking information typically appears in the carrier's database within 24 hours and provides point-in-time updates as your order progresses toward delivery.
- USPS and UPS Tracking: These carriers do not guarantee point-in-time tracking and updates may not appear until delivery. Most USPS shipments should arrive within 5-10 business days on the East Coast and sooner on the West Coast.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to arrange a replacement order.
Cancellations
Orders are processed within 24 hours of receipt. Once processed, we are unable to cancel your order. If you need to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible.
